Description
The Zerostart Copper Threaded Coolant Immersion Heater 8602611 is designed for Caterpillar model 3208 (636 CID) Swivel style heater, Detroit Diesel models Silver Series (6V-92, 8V-92),12V-71, 16V-71, 12V-92, 16V-92 and GMC General (with 92 Series engine) and Ford model 7.3L (445 CID V-8 – Navistar T444E engine).
INSTALLATION INFORMATION:
- For Caterpillar model 3208 (636 CID) Swivel style heater: Replaces 3/4″ pipe plug on Front of engine.
- For Detroit Diesel models Silver Series (6V-92, 8V-92),12V-71, 16V-71, 12V-92, 16V-92 and GMC General (with 92 Series engine): Replaces 3/4″ pipe plug in oil cooler elbow on right side of engine.
- For Ford model 7.3L (445 CID V-8 – Navistar T444E engine): Replaces 3/4″ NPT threaded plug in oil cooler.
